Overview

Remember the ground rules:

  • List your blog in as many categories as is appropriate. There is no limit to the number of categories in which you can list yourself, but if you list your blog somewhere inappropriate it will be deleted.
  • If your blog is NSFW, you may only list it in the NSFW category. You may not cross list it (even in the country and language areas).
  • If you would like to create a page dedicated to your blog, you are welcome to do so. You may link (from a category, location, or language page) directly to your blog, to your blog's page here, or both. see examples here
  • You must put your blog at the bottom of each list
  • Once you are listed, you can display a badge saying: listed at Wiki Blog Directory
  • If you have helped spread the word - posted about Wiki Blog Directory, added it to your blogroll, or put the badge on your site - then you may put the name of your site in bold.
  • If you find that a link to someone's blog is no longer valid, do not delete it. Just remove the hyperlink and put a note saying "Not working DD/MM/YY"
  • If you find a link that is obviously spam or in the wrong category, delete it.
  • If you want to promote something - a contest, a new product launch, etc. - you may do so on our Announcements and Promos page and nowhere else.
  • That's it. We may change these rules at any time as it becomes necessary.

Subcategories:

If you believe that the existing categories do not adequately describe your blog, you may create a new category. When you create a new sub-category make sure to describe it with at least two or three sentences.
